Liked: Great and clean bedrooms. Nice reception staff. Easy to the metro. Good price.
Disliked: Unbelievable expensive restaurant selling standard hamburgers at 24+ euros. Lack of jazz vibe at restaurant/bar. Lots of jazz decor without much of a jazz vibe or ambience. Web site markets nightly live music by local musicians which was not true. A Jaz hotel without the Jazz...

Liked: Room is clean
Disliked: Bed is too soft, and soap and shampoo are cheap, no shaving. But room charge is expensive as four star hotels.

Close to two of Amsterdam's...

Liked: Quite a large room for a hotel, complete with a giant sized bed. About a 10 minute walk from the metro station. Plenty of eating-out options near the station if the hotel cuisine does not meet your needs.
Disliked: Nothing really springs to mind.
