Liked: I liked that it was huge and had excellent security so I felt safe with my daughter. You can’t use the elevator for example unless you pass your key card over the pad that records who was on the elevator and what time they were on it. That was great. It was super clean giant bed sophisticated bathroom . The bar/lounge was great super friendly bar tender
Disliked: No phone in the room. I had several questions and I had to take the eleva From the 10th floor to the lobby to get my questions answered. Although the staff says it’s a 7 minute walk from the metro it’s actually at least 15 minutes maybe more if your suitcases are heavy. They should have a free shuttle from the hotel to the Metro . I did not feel safe in the area. It’s very urban and a mixed hood I saw homeless and drug people and did not dare go out with my 18 year old daughter. AsLong as you don’t leave the hotel it’s good. The rooms were very clean especially the bathroom but the problem is the room stunk like a mausoleum. It was gag reflex. Even though it was cold in April I opened the window to air out that putrid smell in the room
