Good but impossible to sleep...

Liked: Room was too bright from car park lights that were on until three in the morning. Need to have a dark car park. Could not sleep!!!

Unprofessional, over sized room, uncomfortable...

Liked: It felt modern.
Disliked: The staff.. got a call two hours before reception closed, telling me to be there before they closed. The girl clearly wanted to go home, she closed reception very soon after i arrived.. it 90 mins before they should have closed. She had a friend there, very unprofessional, poor english.The rooms are too big, the internet was crap. The AC barely heated the room up. (it was a cold day.)My family member did not feel comfortable enough to shower there. The shower had a very narrow corner opening (two doors meeting in the corner to close).The beds were lower to the ground than most beds in Australia... very trpical of Asian places.

Liked: I stay regularly at the Jasper and the rooms, beds and facilities are consistently excellent.
Disliked: This trip there were bowls but only tea spoons, no desert spoons. Last trip, there was no sugar for a cup of tea.Occasionally, there are little gaps where the rooms are not quite set up. Not a complaint or a concern, just some gaps in the room set up for a new guest. More a comment rather than a complaint.

Liked: They said had changed the mattress and asked me to try it. It was very comfortable. Heating was added to the room. The whole thing was upgraded. It's getting better and better. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. In short, I recommend this motel to everyone. I personally think it is very cost-effective!

Another footy trip.

Liked: Nice room, recently upgraded. I have another booking next weekend.
Disliked: No sugar for the tea. The remote for the AC did not work. Flat batteries? The bed was a little low for me.
