We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The large windows are THE reason I booked this hotel and they did not disappoint! The location is fantastic. All of the quirky little eating places and shops within steps of the front door. The hotel is super quiet and the staff are very pleasant.
Disliked: The bed wasn't as comfy as I hoped it would be but it definitely wasn't terrible. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine because of the city sounds. The hotel itself is incredibly quiet. I never even heard a door close! We ordered coffees from the restaurant downstairs and if you like any sweetness or flavors at all...you better walk across the street to a coffee shop. We also ordered room service breakfast from downstairs and all though the service was amazing, the breakfast was just okay.

Very disappointing.

Liked: Fabulous view.
Disliked: They didn't have the correct reservation. I had the confirmation for two nights, they had only 1 night. It was resolved, but no apology. The fridge was too cold, one of the drinks exploded and it made a mess. The manager said he would compensate us for the inconvenience with a credit to our bill. He didn't follow through. We ordered room service breakfast, it took three calls to the front desk, still not able to put us through to the kitchen so front desk took the order. They forgot jam and ketchup and I received chai tea instead of coffee. Yuk! I went down for coffee. Again, no apology, the free reception area coffee pot was empty and it took a long time to finally get a coffee from the kitchen. Mistakes happen. Apologize. If you say you will compensate, do so.
