Very lovely stay, great staff,...

Liked: The best part of this hotel was the excellent staff, especially Joey at the front desk who went out of their way to arrange a ride service, recommend restaurants, and was just super friendly and professional. There was a nice relaxed vibe in the lobby/bar area. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The mattress on one of the beds smelled strongly of cleaner or pesticide or something. The other one was fine and the room was very clean, but the smell was strong, at least for me, but I’m sensitive to strong scents.

Liked: The rooms and hotel are beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

Liked: Perfect location for attending a wedding reception at the Plains Museum. Many wonderful restaurants within a few blocks. Parking was also very convenient.
Disliked: I found having to request ice from the front desk a bit inconvenient.

Re-doable

Liked: Nice. Clean. Downtown spot.
Disliked: Price was a bit higher due to weekend events.
