Liked: Comfortable rooms and great staff
Disliked: The bathroom had some mould and the bin wasn't cleared out from the last guests. Not a huge deal though 👍

Great place and location
Liked: Great location, right in the CBD, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed and serviced on time. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to help out.

Great location for central city

Liked: The room itself wasn't the best but the shower pressure, and safe storage, and fridge in the room were probably the best part. It was also good to have an outside area (We had no view though just an outside area)
Disliked: Where to begin... The room itself is not what we were promised, even before entering the room we found a dead cockroach, stains everywhere in the hallway & in our room.The doorframe of our room was damaged and everywhere in our room had dirty stains or marks, OR damage.Their were stains on the floor, on the chair in the room, on our bedsheets, and on the storage compartments.As soon first checked in I took photos of all of these dirty stains and damages.The storage compartments also had damage and even some of the furniture was damaged.The room we promised all was advised different to the images. We never had a view. which is what we booked for.We never had light in our room from outside dude to be stuck on the 2nd level with concert walls blocking all of our incoming light.Due to this we always felt restless dude to not being able to tell what time of day it was, until we went outside, because we couldn't even tell even with the blinds fully open.The bathroom also had a terrible smell that went away shortly after I first walked in.The shower in our bathroom leaked from underneath as it wasn't sealed properly and would flood, if we didn't put towels down to attempt to seal it. It still did leak.We were also put on level 2Which fortunately for us, one of the elevators out of 2Didn't work for that level.So each time wanted to got to our level we had to sent the broken elevator to a different level.to use the other elevator to get to our level.This in itself was terrible as there were no stairs to manually walk to our level as well.If you're paying a lot of money for a stay, at a nearly 5 star hotel. You'd expect to be getting 5 star service.I'd say the service we got for our room was no better than a hostel. And lower than 2 stars.We'd paid a big sum of money for terrible service, a bad room, dirty areas, and broken elevators.With no compensation either, which is what made us upset the most.
