A good hotel easily accessible...

Liked: Everything was perfect except the two incidents described in the 'negative' section.
Disliked: 1. On the second day of my stay my key-card became inactive and the receptionist could not find my reservation in the computer system. They thought I had not shown up the previous day.2. After a visit of the cleaning service in my room (I was absent then) my pyjamas disappeared from the bed, I had left them under the cover. I informed three different receptionists about that incident day by day but the pyjamas never returned to me. The loss is of little value but it is unacceptable that whatsoever disappears from the room when I am out.
