Excellent stay

Liked: Staff was so awesome. Kids loved the look even in rain
Disliked: Na but breakfast could be better

Liked: Good location, decent comfort and ok breakfast.
Disliked: No AC in the rooms.Very small pool.

Our experience did not match...

Liked: The price was pretty good. We had hoped to use the pool but one day lots of kids where in it, and the next day it was rainy.
Disliked: We didn’t like the location. It seemed to be more of a depressed area. I would recommend getting a bit closer to the center of the city. The hotel is ok, but the room was laid out in such a way to feel cramped. The window didn’t allow much air and there’s no air con. The night we stayed there was a fire alarm and we had to get up and out at 5:30am until close to 6. The next day I asked and nothing but “we are sorry. It was a malfunction and the worker didn’t know how to manage it and we were all asleep.” No gesture or email was made to make it alright. I was expected a complimentary drink or free breakfast or something but it was as though it was normal. The hotel vibe was just strange.

Great location, stylish hotel

Liked: Loved the pool even though it is a lot smaller than appears in the photo. Room was very clean. Hotel is beautifully styled. Garden and patio area are very pretty. Hotel is In a great location and very close to main bus and tram line. Easy to find.
Disliked: When we arrived early, at 2pm, we were able to use the pool and were told our room would be ready at 3pm. Came back to reception at 3pm in my wet swimming costume and was told room would not be ready until 4pm. Had to complain about this before anything was sorted - staff didn't apologise or offer a complimentary drink. We just had to wait. Got our room key at 3.35pm again with no apology for standing there in my swimsuit.

Liked: Nothing specific to mention.The only pros is it is very close to the metro and bus stop of Port de Namur.Rest the overall area is very shabby and Shaddy as well.Not quite safe at night.Looks like chain snatchers ante all around.Also the entrance road to the hotel was very very dirty Nd didnot had enough street light.So if you reaching late night to hotel please take care of belongings.
Disliked: The rooms are not as shown in the booking image.Breakfast can have little more variety.

Liked: Swimming pool and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful it was close to metro station
Disliked: Rooms were too bare and a little bit dirty. Aircon would be helpful

Worth to stay there

Liked: Good location and nice staff
Disliked: There was no bed sheet for the third bed. We were 3 people and one of the bed was out of order

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Nice place with good rooms that where well planed. Modern style, nice with the small garden with the pool. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Very hard beds and no aircondition which made it very warm in the room and only one small window you could open.
