Liked: The hotel's location in Amsterdam is fantastic, perfect for any visit. It's safe, upscale, and close to everything. they offer free drinks all day and a cozy reading area.
Disliked: the breakfast options are limited, and the rooms are tiny.During check-out, there was a problem with the receptionist misquoting the price of a taxi to the airport. They said it would be 20-30 euros, but it ended up being 55 euros. This miscommunication was unprofessional and should be addressed.Overall, the hotel has its positives, but there are some improvements needed, especially in communication and room size. The room we stayed in should be considered as a "snug" rather than simply small; it didn't really seem to be 17 sqm.

Wonderful staff, location and property!

Liked: It’s immaculately clean, cozy and welcoming. Our medium size room was very spacious and loved the double sinks in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the crisp white linens make it very inviting.
Disliked: Loved everything!

Excellent location

Liked: location is excellent. free drinks and snacks were a very nice added bonus. the lounger areas are very nice.
Disliked: breakfast was a little basic and could do with a changing a bit more on day to day.

Felt like home

Liked: Felt like home. Liked the concept of the communal areas, kitchen, bar, lounge, filled with food and drinks for guests' usage at their leisure. Very cosy.
