Cozy space with mediocre service

Liked: we loved the living space, pantry and gym area. all day snacks and vibrant atmosphere. cozy and quiet with lovely indoors and outdoor areas.
Disliked: the house keeping wasn't doing a good job leaving piles of used cups & glasses on the table among other things that needed cleaning. the toilet design wasn't friendly to women toiletries. reception wasn't always available on desk and very delayed responses on WhatsApp. I reached out to get more information on renting a car in Amsterdam and wasn't offered any helpful input.
