Liked: The room was nice and quiet considering it is in central Munich.Easy access to S BAhn and U Bahn and tram
Disliked: Early check in was not possible

Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Location was excellent - less than a 10 minute walk away from the train station (train from the airport goes directly here so was very easy). Hotel was immaculate, reception staff very friendly and helpful and the quirky decor was very cool. Bottled water in the rooms, shower was fantastic and toiletries smelled amazing!
Disliked: The pillows were dreadful - no structure at all so you ended up lying completely flat with no support. No air conditioning in the room so had to leave the windows wide open which was so noisy - had 3 very sleepless nights here! No tea or coffee facilities which felt a bit strange for a city hotel

Liked: The staff were so nice and fun ! Wonderful bar and outdoor seating. Hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to Old Town and the river.
