Liked: Good and convenient boutique hotel near Rosenheimer Platz in Munich at about 20 mins walking from city center. Good ambiance.
Disliked: The bottles of water have unluckily been removed the day 2 from my room although they were not empty. They have not been replaced. The phone was not working, to reach reception.

Liked: Cool, modern, hip. Great kitchen and food!
Disliked: The room was so cold and there was no way to regulate the temperature. They did provide me with an electric heater for my stay.

Excellent location and bed but...

Liked: Good beds and location of the hotel.Also the bar looks nice and a nice variety of drinks.
Disliked: Poor breakfast by for that price. No juice except for one glass but also no alternative juices. Barely any options and compared to other hotels a very small variety of food. No way this can be called breakfast by hotel standards.No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Poor quality of snacks at the bar.
