Liked: It look promising with free parking.
Disliked: My friends were uncomfortable with staying there due to roaches running around when we checked in. The hotel sent someone to the room and just swept some bugs up from under the bed and said that was all he could do. I was disappointed that when I called Booking.com the AI system hung up on me. I had a limited time to fix the situation. Luckily I found another hotel room down the street that was wonderful to stay in. The James hotel told us that they just sprayed for roaches two days ago and that the bugs were dying. They didn't try to get us a different room.

Liked: Perfect location close to buses, shops, restaurants, beach. Artistic style of the hotel with many details makes a happy feeling. Clean room, good size. Helpful staff. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Could not open hot water in the shower, but maybe we should just ask. It was summer and very hot outside so it was not required.

Liked: Price was fair and location is perfect! Having parking is a big plus.
Disliked: The place is old, bed, shower and AC weren't really good. I wouldn't recommend staying for many days if you want a minimum of comfort.
