Not impressed...

Liked: Nothing my first experience was horrible
Disliked: The initial male at the front desk was horrible to speak with.. too rude for the job....The parking 30 dollars fir 1 night, outrageous... I was charged 100 dollars to use my debit card and didn't get it back the next day like I was told as it was my patrol home to hawkes bay and needed help from MSD because they lied to me... I had to clean the bath top and bottom there was hair all over it even pubics... YUCK!! I absolutely froze due to the old aircon unit not heating despite setting put on hottest. I used all extra blankets, it did nothing as bedding is 1 inner and 2 sheets...The food extremely expensive put me off my appetite, so i ate something just because I was scheduled to stop eating by 5am for procedure, it was cold and wet out so made sense to just buy something there... only reason I chose them is my fertility team recommended them being right next door for a smooth and stressless transition for our procedure. Now obviously I expressed my concerns and was met with a free park and room upgrade my next stay... I think meals should be included since we're actually gonna give you a chance to redeem yourselves as hospitality professionals. See you soon and I'm expecting great things.

I was made to feel...

Liked: I was acknowledged as a regular customer at the front desk and as such my room was upgraded. My previous stays at JC have been for work purposes and therefore paid by my employer but this particular night was a personal choice and therefore paid for by myself so i appreciated it more and really liked the fact that the staff at the front desk recognised and acknowledged me. Soecial mention to MR De La Cruz
Disliked: I could have stayed longer and its a shame i didnt but the reason i chose JC is a) familiar, b) love the exceptional customer service, c) close to shops, cafes and transport. My stay did connect to a work Hui being held at another venue but after my one night i thought i shouldve stayed another night :(
