Perfect for families

Liked: Perfect for families, my 6 & 3 year old really enjoyed their stay. Clean rooms, polite staff at reception and restaurant on site.

Disappointed

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: On arrival despite staying in a suite we found a large brown stain on the sheet. When I spoke to the manager I was asked what time I checked in and if I’d used the bed. No apology. We had only just arrived. I then had to help remake the bed. Not impressed.

This is our 2nd stay...

Liked: The room was immaculate as always, in centre of city. All staff excellent welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff lovely and friendly and do a marvellous job. Beds very comfortable, shower lovely and hot great water pressure, nice and clean.
Disliked: Nothing
