Liked: Amazing experience, the evening and breakfast staff were exceptional adhering to your every need.
Disliked: Front of house on admission the young female staff were busy making Lego and seemed uninterested in communicating with guests.

Liked: all the meals, from breakfast to to lunch, and dinner where excellent , wonderful presented and served. The people who served and prepared the food were lovely to get along with the guests! We would recommend Jamala to our friends, as for us, it was a wonderful experience to see, what has been done for people like us to stay so close to the animals, and in our case, close to the fish in the Aquarium.Our whole stay at Jamala, was a wonderful experience. We would like to wish the staff , a happy Easter!
