Passable

A lovely hotel with views...

Liked: The hotel facilities were great. The pool and restaurant area are both excellent and the views of the bay are lovely. Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we need and everyone in the hotel were helpful
Disliked: The valet parking because the car park was very empty involved them moving our car not even 10 meters which was annoying to then pay for this on top. Therefore advice would be if you drive in and can see spaces in front of you just park up and unload

Bad

Disliked: They were no water bottles available with the hotel (even on payment). We had to order for water in the night & they were provided to us in the morning. Very poor response from the hotel staff in particular the front desk staff.

Beautiful place at the marina...

Liked: Great location. Beautiful place at the Marina and within walking distance from Venice beach. Bike rental. Beautiful beach in the marina. (mother's beach).Fantastic restaurants close to the beach.
Disliked: Staff at the reception were not really friendly. Would have expected a warmer welcome. Bike rental and valet parking staff on the other hand was very friendly. In house restaurant rather expensive.

Great hotel, lovely location

Disliked: The air conditioning was super loud and difficult to sleep with it on

Liked: Pool and location are great. A parking lot view, street noisy room for $584 isn’t great for most travelers. You guys can do beteer be better!
Disliked: The noise level. The room we were given had not enough sound proofing and is silly to even have a ground floor balcony that faces a parking lot. Not a luxury room. But luxury pricing. This room should sell for about $249. And I’m being generous

Exceptional

Liked: Loved the front desk staff, and room privacy. The bed was super comfortable and helped with a back twitch from flight. Very clean and super quiet on the 4th floor.
Disliked: I came to see my son for the weekend, valet attendees would not let him park on property, even for a short while.

Absolutely wonderful gem, perfect stay

Liked: Outstanding location along the beach, beautiful view from our room and balcony, gorgeous grounds, paddleboard and kayaks for rent, friendly and accommodating staff, just the right size property, updated rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Restaurant patio was so lovely with views of the water and live music Friday and Saturday night. Pool and spa were so convenient being right next to the beach
Disliked: The price of parking, but pretty typical for a nice resort. Pool was a little small and spa had some wear and tear on the surface. The bay has high bacteria levels so we avoided going in the water.
