Disliked: Room furnishings were old and un kept, The refridgerator was a small college type sitting on the floor next to the desk, The hot water never got to anything above luke warm and it took at least 10minutes of running the water to get to that temperature. For the upgraded King size suite the bathroom was tiny my wife and I had to take turns at the vanity as we could not fit in the bathroom at the same time. I understand it is a Casino Hotel but the parking area was strewn with trash from the night before. Drink cups, Beer cans Paper trash it was more typical of a cheap bar than a upper en hotel. No coffee in the room. Even lower end hotels provide at least a small Kurig or 2 cup Mr. Coffee this hotel had neither in the room.

Disliked: The front end lady was very rude. I asked her why she waw wearing her name badge upside down and she responded that there was a reason for that. If you don't want your name to be know, get another job
