The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

Great rooms; excellent staff and good room service.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

It was a pleasant experience...

Liked: The room was very clean upon entry. The bed was super comfortable. Our view of the St. John’s River was fantastic.
Disliked: The valet was very helpful upon arrival to the property, but not very friendly on our way out of town. The experience was fine and they did their job well, but I felt as if I was bothering them when retrieving my car.

A nice place for a...

Liked: Location of the hotel was great as it was right next to where we were going to see a show. The room was spacious and clean. All staff members that we came in contact with were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I did not care for the pillows - they were much too soft for my liking. There were not a lot of options to find for a meal within walking distance on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Disliked: They should offer Free WiFi instead of charging for it. There is no parking lot available unless you pay for Vallet.

Disliked: No free parking -- valet at $33 (plus tips) and next door was pay per hour lot with $20 for overnight parking. No food nearby. downtown had lots of homeless mess and people with mental health issues or drug use. Not place to wak around at night for sure
