Liked: Staff were very friendly. The young barman in the bar (Ruari) I think was his name. Very friendly and excellent staff member.

Disliked: Room was like an oven. There was no air con or even a ceiling or desk fan. We had to leave the window open which didn't help much.There was a loud machinery noise coming from outside front and back of room, like a generator or something. We barely slept at all.

Liked: The staff, bar and restaurant and leisure facilities were excellent.
Disliked: The shower pressure in the rooms was not great, the hotter the shower then the more you sacrificed the pressure.

Liked: Breakfast was ok , staff were really good especially young Flynn who was very attentive and pleasant.
Disliked: The fried eggs were like rubber even though we went early before it got busy . We found a crisp under the bedside cabinet so the room wasn't vacuumed properly and although the bed was made up when we pulled back the cover the sheet was very wrinkled .
