Very nice stay.

Liked: Did not eat the breakfast. But had some pastries that were wonderful
Disliked: The art on the wall in our room had some gross stuff splattered on the glass of the frame.

Liked: This hotel is new and very clean. Walkable to my daughters dorm at UNR. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and we were able to find parking in the lot, but valet is available.
Disliked: Im not a fan of cigarette smoke, but there is no way of getting around that on the casino floor. We did not smell smoke in our room though like at some of the other casino hotels.

Liked: Recently remodeled and good location
Disliked: The second night we came back to the room to a beeping smoke detector. It was almost 2 hours before this got resolved as the first time we called they wrote down the wrong room number. The third night we came back and they had not made our room. I called for at least towels and it was almost 2 hours before we got these. Per the employee I spoke to, they were understaffed even though they knew there would be a large volleyball tournament in town that weekend. We didn’t get to shower and sleep until after midnight and we had to be up the next morning at 5:30. Needless to say, 2 of the 3 nights were sleepless.

One night stay

Liked: Location was perfect, the room was clean.
Disliked: Customer service, when calling the front desk, had to plug in the refrigerator myself
