We were totally happy in...
Liked: We loved the breakfasts on the roof terrace , the really cute bar, the great location and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Nothing really. The kitchen could be a little nicer but we really didn’t use it much. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room but nowhere really to put it.

Should be considered a ZERO...
Liked: I liked the location. That was all.
Disliked: The hotel lost electricity so we had to check out two night early. They promised to issue a refund, especially since we had to pay for another hotel and they have NOT issued a refund. We keep calling them and emailing them and they ignore us. We even spoke to the owner on the phone to confirm we would receive a refund, (before spending more money on another hotel), and she promised she would process a refund the next business day, (since this was on a Sunday), and we have not gotten the refund even after calling several times to try and get our promised refund back. Don't stay at this hotel unless you want to get robbed.

Bad
Liked: Parque Mexico was a few steps away from this place.
Disliked: The 1st room we were given was dirty, not ready for us, it was too small and the furniture looked too old. I demanded another room since the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised and we paid 11,300 pesos for 3 days. The second room was not worth the money either. Bathroom smelled like the sewer was open, dust and hairs were everywhere, curtains were dirty. There was not closet where to leave clothes or luggage, no elevator.Staff went into my room to check on the bathroom when I wasn't in the room, I was told they were going to check it once I was back, and to my surprise not even an hour after I was gone I found them already in the room and noticed the locked box open, luckily I only had my passport there and nothing else. Later that day I read reviews on Google and found out people got things stolen from their rooms. I couldn't trust that place anymore and before I left the room I had to take pictures and put all valuables in one of my luggage with lock. I'll suggest ppl research this place before going in. The place is not worth the money, there are better hotels and airbnb's nearby and less expensive.

Art deco building with nice...
Liked: The best area to stay in Mexico City with park, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.Lovely Art Deco building furnished in clean modern industrial style.
Disliked: The nature of the building is that the stairway carries sound very easily so can be quite noisy. Also unavoidable Street noise from restaurant below.

Decent last minute option, issues...
Liked: We booked the room entirely last minute due to an issue with our previous hotel and it was super easy checking in.
Disliked: To set some context, we arrived around New Years when a lot of CDMX is shut down and I am sure there is a shortage of workers. When we arrived, the toilet was clogged. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to resolve this when we were on our way out. He assured me he would, but when we returned the issue persisted. I asked the next gentleman manning the desk to help out at that point. He said he would, but no one came by the entire night. To be fair, in this particular instance, there was a serious language barrier with this individual as I do not speak Spanish, but I thought I was getting through. Then next morning I asked this same guy again. Finally the following afternoon on the fourth try I was able to get someone to follow me upstairs to resolve the issue. Two other issues that I didn't care about nor did I try to actively resolve; however, they existed - 1) There was no cleaning services on New Years Eve. That's totally reasonable in my opinion.2) The room was freezing and there was no way to control the temperature in the room. In the defense of the hotel, I did not try and resolve this by asking the front desk as I was much more focused on having a working toilet.
