Liked: Beautiful space, great location, quiet, but walking distance from Cliff Walk, mansions, restaurants. The lodge has some great common space, including sitting rooms and a porch with comfortable chairs, a water fountain, and soft lights. There are coffee, sweet treats, juices, and snacks available 24 hours a day, and the breakfasts are amazing and a filling way to start a day of exploring Newport.

Liked: The property was beautifulI loved the reading rooms, porch and exquisite gardens.
Disliked: We were put in a small room on the 3rd floor that is not advertised in your brochure. With the narrow staircase and a window that doesn’t open, it could be a fire trap.It was clean and pleasant but I noticed some mouse droppings under the sink on day two.

Liked: The Ivy Lodge was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. I especially loved the porch, which was a peaceful spot for my morning coffee. The breakfasts were exceptional.

Liked: Gorgeous interior and so homey. It felt like I was staying in an old mansion!
Disliked: It was about a 15 minute walk to get to the town but that really wasn’t bad to be honest.
