Disliked: the bathroom was rather small but for the price of the room it was absolutely fine

Liked: Good location 5 mins from Victoria station.
Disliked: So disappointed in my stay. Firstly there is No staff at reception until 2pm which is very inconvenient. Phone number doesn’t go through until this time so you have no one to contact. Dirty inside, walls carpet etc. Was put on top floor and room was like a sauna so had to move rooms, no air con in any rooms just fans. Walls were filthy, mold & damp on the ceiling above the shower. This is not a hotel this is more like a hostel with a private room.

Liked: The Pimlico location was ideal for my short visit.
Disliked: The single room should have been described as a cupboard being used as a room. The bed (without a headboard), reached from wall to wall and was the smallest in terms of width. The mattress was soft and clearly old and the linen used was transparent so you could see the pattern of the extremely soft mattress through the cloth. The bed was made in a very indifferent way where one side of the cover reached the floor and the other just a few inches against the wall meaning it rode up when lying on it. I was eaten by bed bugs with the body marks to show for it.There was no room for a chair or wardrobe to hang your clothes and what room there is is taken up by you're own suitcase. There is no TV.You will clearly hear the tannoy announcements from Victoria Station through the single pain windows and be kept awake by the sound of trains arriving and departing during the small hours.The Hotel is in need of decoration and what there is of it the brush strokes are noticeable and paint overlaps the switches. Really indifferent and lacking in care to detail.The separate toilet is very small and albeit I'm quite slim you will have to breath in to get out the door. The supply of Toilet paper was minimal and there is no hot water in the sink - a sink which is directly above the loo making cleaning your teeth unhygenic. The separate shower room had warm water but the taps needed cleaned and displayed staining.

Disliked: I stayed in a deluxe single and barely had enough room to move around, bed was terrible and the carpet was disgusting, the room smelt awful.
