Liked: 5 minutes from Victoria Coach station Kindness ànd consideration of staff All basic needs provided
Disliked: TV too high tech for me l got more sleep instead which I needed

Liked: Close to train and bus. Close to restaurants etc nearby
Disliked: Have stayed in this area before many times so am use to these types of hotels but this one was exceptionally tiny and not in the greatest condition at all Overpriced for what it was.

Liked: This hotel was very close to Victoria Coach station, that's why we chose it. We didn't expect something extraordinary because of other people's responses ,but the bedding was clean,as well as towels. We stayed there only for 1 night so it was fine
Disliked: The room looks a little bit frayed

Disliked: The room was very shabby, the sheets and bed uncomfortable and the bathroom really small and unclean with dirty tissue on the floor

Liked: I booked because it was close to Victoria station.
Disliked: Terrible customer service. I was travelling with 3 children and was told I couldn’t check in after 10pm. Ivy House Hotel wouldn’t give me a refund immediately after booking when it became clear there was no wiggle room for our arrival. Our transport from Paris had been delayed.
