Very friendly staff; quick check in; tons of parking. This hotel was really nice for the cost! Super friendly staff and great price! Super convenient location too.

Liked: Ivy City Hotel is conveniently located to my agenda when I come to DC.
Disliked: Bathtub needs non-slip strips.

My expectations were met.

Liked: I did not have any breakfast. And the location was fine.
Disliked: The bed that I slept in was very hard which is not ideal for me.

Won’t book with that hotel...

Liked: The room had plenty of space. Parking was free, target was half a block away.
Disliked: The area seemed sketchy, the room just seemed very poor, stiff bed and thin walls. Not worth the money spent, for 20 more a night could’ve stayed at the Hilton.

Liked: It was convenient to get to places from the hotels location. The beds were confortable and relaxing. Everyone was friendly.
Disliked: They did not resupply me with coffee or shampoo. One day's worth was not enough for a four day stay.

Liked: Location - bus to downtown is just around the corner and costs $2 each way.
Disliked: Have laundry powder/liquid available for purchase.
