Disliked: Could not get ITV on the telly. Did report this to reception but nothong waa done about this.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, I did have a bad evening meal one evening, unfortunately the chicken was so tough I couldn't eat it, I also had a stomach upset after the meal, which was disappointing.Ive stayed at the Ivy Bush for a few years and never experienced a bad meal before.
Disliked: I requested a room that I wouldn't need to climb stairs, I didn't get my request, although it was only 3 steps I really struggled due to poor mobilty, it was also awkward to carry my walker up the steps, I couldn't do it, but my sister did manage to do this for me, we usually book twice a year the summer and usually October but I am not booking this year for October. I look forward to my breaks as I don't travel far, but am hoping that if I can be accommodated regarding the room I will book next year for either June or July.

Liked: I don’t have any complaints for the property but we were party of 14 and had beds for 13 people
Disliked: None

Pleasant but dated.

Liked: Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main town. It has slightly dated decor but it was clean and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was good but the dinner menu was average but uninspiring, so we didn't eat dinner here.Water pressure seemed very low and at times the shower was cold.

Disappointing

Disliked: I booked a twin room as I was staying with my teenage son. We were given a room with a double bed.
