Liked: room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and sunday carvary was very good.
Disliked: sat night didnt get much sleep as we woke up at 11pm to the whole room vibrating with the noise down staires from the disco.

Handy place to stay.

Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful. The beds were perfectly clean and comfortable.. Location was great.
Disliked: Rooms were very hot but I turned heating off and opened one of the windows, the other was stuck.. decor needs seeing to.

I would be back to...

Liked: Location was fine as it was a short walk onto the town. Plenty to choose from for the breakfast. The bed was the best part of the stay
Disliked: The room was a little small for what I paid for. The TV signal wasn’t working so that was disappointing. Some of the staff were rude

Very good

Liked: Nice clean room near the town centre easy to find.
Disliked: For the size of the hotel there are only 2no disabled parking bays which is not enough as I had to park at the rear of the hotel. So could do with a fee more spaces.

Happy and comfortable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was everything I would expect, and I enjoyed eating there. The staff were all lovely, and helpful. It was great having items we could buy as mementos, and nothing too expensive. The evening meals were excellent too. Parking is on-site, which makes life easier.
Disliked: Although I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, I think that maybe some upgrades to the furniture and fittings would be nice.

Not the greatest!

Liked: Receptionist and staff in the bar and breakfast room were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms are very tired and in need of redecoration. Carpets are filthy and worn throughout. We stayed 2 nights, but the room wasn't serviced, even though there were signs in the room about how to change towels if wanted and we put the "Please clean my room" sign on the door.

Good location and great budget...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent for both veg and non veg clients-- We booked 4 rooms, (8 People) 2 rooms had no heating but was resolved by staff who provided portable heater which did the trick. so Service was good.
Disliked: 2 of the rooms had showers that were just a trickle.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was nice. Room was neat and clean the breakfast was very good.
