Disliked: I’d booked an executive room, when I got there. The noise from lift was ridiculous. Complained and got moved to a smaller cheaper room, asked for a refund and been ignored, Booking.com refunded me as they were also ignored

Liked: I booked the room very late as was in hospital . The hospital wanted to keep me in but had no beds, so needed to be close to the hospital as needed to be back there in the morning.I had no trouble checking in late at night .
Disliked: There was no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities and the room smelt damp had black mould around the windows
