Wonderfull place to stay

Liked: Very happy with their service the breakfast is super staff are very friendly. Room is very clean and bedding and towel were very good. I visited the skandavel temple I had vegetarian breakfast its was delicious .
Disliked: I have nothing to complain they are outstanding

Enjoyable stay centrally located .

Liked: Greart location good parking space .greeted at reception and checking was smooth. We were located on first floor room 142. LIft available but as we were on first floor we walked up. There are a few steps to navigate getting to the room which was not an issue. Room was clean as was the bathroom. first impression there was everything required, tea, coffee . towels The matress was softer then we expected but able have a decent night sleep. Breakfast was help yourself and was good there was wide variety on offer both hot and cold. You could ask for items not on offer as long you make them aware at time of booking such as a veggie/ vegan option.Bar had a good slection of beer . THe hotel is close to town centre and has many eateries close by .Stayed for three nights.Downsight firstly the fan in the bathroom did not work which could be resolved easily. It was very hot in the room and would have helped if the windows could be opened wider. THe furniture in the room looks old as well as the lights which needed cleaning. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will return there again in future.I must thank the reception lady and the older lady who worked in the breakfast area for making us welcome. THank you
Disliked: THe furniture in the room looked old and lights needed dusting . Windows not being able to open fully to allow air in during the hot weather. Fan in bathroom npot working.

Massive value for money

Liked: For £81 for two of us with breakfast, how clean it was , staff friendly, bar and bar staff nice veranda to sit out on for that price you can not complain in any shape or form, if I had to say anything negative it would be the bacon needs cooking for longer that’s all I can come up with would definitely go back there

The stay was poor

Liked: Good recreational areas and breakfast
Disliked: The room was far to hot and when i asked the staff for a fan there were none available! The room was of poor quality and extremely dated. The phone for the reception was unplugged and nowhere near the telephone socket, i plugged it in to ask for a fan but it didnt work! The wallpaper is peeling off the walls as well as the carpet coming away. I have no issues with refugees occupying hotels, but when you have to wait in a long queue for your breakfast toast, your breakfast will go cold! The hotel is not worth the price it is asking and i will certainly not put myself or my staff there again.

Liked: Staff friendly, check in easy, good parking.
Disliked: Getting to the room, lots of little passageways, up and down small flights of stairs, room very warm, pillows uncomfortable.

Disliked: Needed to go to the front desk to get basics as tea cups, water glasses , & toilet paper. The Hotel is a maze of up & down stairs. The Elevator only helps a little.
