Disliked: My booking was on fourth floor and this was clear request and booking sent me many mails confirming that. Upon arrival. The reception lady told me u ll be in the fifth floor where elevator ends at fourth floor and u have yo walk long way and take your bags on the stairs. I told her my booking was clearly fourth floor she said we are booked and cant give u fourth floor. I said i have confirmation mails. She said that from third party and have nothing to do with us ????.

The hotel is fine and...

Liked: Location was good for our purpose. We were able to upgrade to a room with 2 Queen beds for a nominal fee. I found the bed and bedding comfortable; however my companion didn’t.
Disliked: The AC kept switching on and off all night, constantly waking us up.

Liked: Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff who were very helpful.
