Fantastic staff, room a bit...

Liked: Amazing reception staff, really lovely and welcoming. Breakfast staff were also incredible as were bar staff- truly couldn't do enough to help me. Very quick service and just super down to earth lovely humans. Hotel itself was in a lovely location, great value for money and a 10 mins walk from Grafton street/ 2 mins walk from Iveagh Gardens (I was there for a concert). Drinks at the bar were fab and breakfast was lovely. I was in a pod room which was spacious enough and had most things I needed.
Disliked: Lights above the bed weren't working. Tile floor throughout wasn't pleasant to walk on barefoot. The mattress was quite hard and toilet roll (though sustainable) felt quite rough/thin. I did miss having a tea and coffee facility in the room too. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a night as somewhere to sleep.

A little overpriced, but staff...

Liked: It was lovely and quiet, convenient to the city centre and clean.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room, which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep and feelings of dehydration next day. A room service order was incorrect also, which resulted in a meal being eaten in two parts. No sweets were available on the menu either. The staff were lovely.
