Superb

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was very big as well. Breakfast was superb! The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The aircon was not working, so it was very hot at night and the windows of the room open very little, so the fresh air wasn´t coming that much.

Liked: Excellent staff, especially Rob who checked us in,the location is great in a quiet area but only a short walk to bars restaurants and landmarks,the room was quiet,clean with a comfy bed.would definitely stay again
Disliked: No a/c in room,that's the only reason I gave it 9 instead of a 10 as the summers are now getting hotter i think they need to invest in a/c

Disliked: We booked two rooms. Asked for two to rooms to be together. Mother and child were on second floor. They gave me a room in the basement. Below grade tiny window and dark. Bed was like a bunk bed surrounded by three walls. Basically in closet. They should be embarrassed to rent those rooms at full price. They wanted 40 euros per night to move out. I moved eventually at no charge to be with companions who only after negotiating with a staff that has no real understanding of customer service.
