Liked: Wonderful welcome at reception. Fabulous shower. All facilities provided in the room. Ironing board hairdryer etc
Disliked: Room quite small.

Good location, very tired hotel

Liked: Room seemed ok. Ground floor but when we returned from dinner the wedding party music was reverberating in our room. We were moved up a level after repacking. Towels were very tired and rough. Long black hair was found on the bed. The windows were not very sound proofed and the outside noise was easily heard both late and very early. Carpet has seen much better days. Staff were accommodating.

Disliked: The noise level while sleeping was very poor. My room was located at the back of the hotel but the noise from staff outside working and inside working was very very noisy. I hardly slept but the hotel food and service was beautiful elegant and excellent.

Great hotel centrally located

Liked: Lovely room, comfortable with great sized bathroom and shower located within easy walking distance of central Dublin.
Disliked: Aircon would help.

Will Return Yet Again

Liked: Another fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel. Only a few minutes walk from Grafton St. Comfy bed, nice room, and delicious breakfast.
Disliked: One of the male staff on the reception desk was rude and dismissive during check-in and literally had no time for us whatsoever. Thankfully, the man who checked us in was much more pleasant.
