Hidden Gem in the City

Liked: Everything! Reception staff on arrival where so helpful and couldn't of done more for us. Gave us good information about what was available in the area.
Disliked: Nothing

I loved being near the...

Liked: The shower was lovely, the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Staff seem hurried and unhappy. The music was American and not great for early morning. There was no cream for the coffee and no refills offered. Feels like poor management. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Dinner was simply ok.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, quiet, luxurious, friendly staff
Disliked: Room too small, v underpar breakfast, confusion between staff, no gym, odd placement of fawcet in sink
