Location is good, room and...

Liked: Location was good, but the room was too small and there was no AC. The stairs were steep.
Disliked: I arrived at 11:00 PM one night and found the room door open. I complained about it, but it happened again the following day. The workers there are a bit manipulative and not straightforward.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was good.Rooms tidied up everyday. The towels were changed everyday. The staff was very helpfull.
Disliked: The rooms were small, the view of the room was not good. There was no flyswatter at the windows. Cleaning could be better, under beds should be cleaned up better. No mini fridge in the rooms.

Superb

Liked: Location, staff, and the neighborhood.
Disliked: Internet is slow.

Liked: Location was great! We also liked our room which was the top floor attic-like unit and thought the room and bathroom were fairly nice. Check in and check out was also very convenient.
Disliked: The stairs are a bit of a hazard especially when bringing luggage up/down stairs

Disliked: One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel just for the parking and when I went there the car park was 3km away and when I booked it said only 8min walk which is actually not the case and then they told me parking was 37€ but when I went to pay at the machine it was 60€ and they didn't explain how I get the discount.

Liked: Very close to the royal theater and in a good area in general
Disliked: There were hair on the bedsheets, also on the floor. Noise of the tram. But the shared bathroom was very clean.
