Isleta Resort & Casino

Beautiful clean rooms; very modern and updated and spacious bathroom. Casino had tons of slots and table games to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were beautiful. Customer service was impressive and welcoming. We had dinner at the steakhouse restaurant and the food was delicious as well as excellent customer service. We also had some drinks at the casino bar and again customer service was awesome. I'm a district manager so that is the first thing I notice when I walk into a business. Customer service is what will definitely have me returning to this resort.

Relaxing and nice atmosphere.

Liked: I really liked the rural atmosphere of it. The river and Isleta Indian Reservation is so nice.

Exceptional

Very convenient location!

Liked: Very clean super comfortable rooms. We had a few problems during our five night stay but the staff was swift in taking care of them. The restaurant selection was really good and the casino was very clean. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: lol, we didn’t win the grand jackpot on the Buffalo slot machine.

Liked: It was very nice and golf was awesome
Disliked: That they were changing safe and locks and our keys were unregistered and they want to change the safe while we were getting ready for a concert

Nice stay for a few...

Liked: The hotel was pretty cool, the room were big and nice. I liked that you could get food and drinks if needed plus a morning coffee.
Disliked: It’s very noisy, you can hear everything that the people next door is doing and it was a bit far out from everything.
