A very enjoyable stay at...

Liked: Super relaxed, room was very clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional. Very accommodating of our dog. The location was spot on as was a 2 min drive from the ferry. Would definitely recommend and stay next time we are visiting mull.
Disliked: There was no room to leave our bags before check in.

This is not a Spa...

Liked: Nice viewFriendly staffSmart TV in room
Disliked: This is not a Spa hotel. Having paid 175 GBP for the night I didn't expect to have to pay an extra 25 GBP to use the spa facilities - this is charged on a daily basis!Breakfast is also not included at the cheapest rate room. Again, given the cost this seems a desperate attempt to squeeze every last penny out of guest. Restaurant average at best with small portions and significantly overpriced. Only vegetarian option was penne arrabiata at 20 pounds!!Basic facilities such as iron lacking in the room. Tap in room basically a dribble. Staff inexperienced with little idea of services locally. Asked them to arrange a taxi and I had some numbers pointed out to me on reception computer via Google!

Overpriced, very poor value for...

Liked: Good location and nice views. Good shower. Nice tea and coffee and snacks in the room.
Disliked: This hotel was very disappointing. It is advertised as a spa hotel but the spa is extra and very costly - £25/pp for a 2 hour session. Given the lack of other facilities this is a complete rip off. The pool is free to use but this is a public swimming pool and had lots of children in it when I visited. Given the cost of the hotel the facilities on offer were poor. The restaurant is average at best and ridiculously overpriced. The wine selection is poor. Portion sizes minuscule and prices comparable to a Michelin restaurant but distinctly average food and service. The room was small and the hand taps barely worked. Staff were friendly but inexperienced.

Relaxing but invigorating stay in...

Liked: Absolutely loved this hotel! Extremely dog friendly which is ideal for exploring the outdoors and 100% the friendliest staff we have ever encountered in any hotel we have ever stayed in. Great assortment of teas/coffees/treats in the room as well.
Disliked: Didn’t eat here at night but then menu looked a little expensive for what it was…
