Liked: The location and facilities were very good
Disliked: The service was poor, the staff didn’t pay attention to the customers, lots of people waiting for service, even though there were a lot of staff.

Disliked: my wife used the hair drier you supplied and it set off the fire alarms

Good service and good food....

Liked: The room was clean and well maintained. Thye dinners were very good as was the service. We did not partake of the breakfast.
Disliked: The classic room was so small. With 2 people and their luggage it was a very tight squeeze as was the bathroom. No wardrobe just some hanging space and a few shelves. No ironing facilities. I would book a room at a higher level in future based on square metres.

Gorgeous hotel, peaceful setting, lovely...

Liked: A fantastic location for this peaceful hotel, just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. It has a gorgeous beachfront setting, we had a great time and I loved the fairy trail just outside. The spa was also good, I had a lovely massage, and the decor of the hotel is lovely.
Disliked: The hotel staff are trying their best to give you a great time, but generally gave off a slightly harassed attitude, no matter how small (or normal, for a hotel of this price point) the request. The hotel pool is also essentially the main public swimming pool on the island. If you're booking expecting a spa, just bear in mind you will likely have one small lane to swim in, as the rest of the pool is often used for kid's swimming lessons.
