Disliked: Had a smell to it, and the elevators has smears a whole print all over them

Bad experience

Disliked: Children's clothes from previous guest were found in the night table. Cornchips and crumbs on table top. Dead batteries in TV remote. Card reader denied my initial payment on my credit card causing embarassment upon check in forcing me to use my debit card. Upon checking with my credit card company no reason was found to deny payment other than it being the card reader at the counter. I returned to the check in counter and asked her to try it again mentioning that it wasn't an American card ( Canadian). She said it should make no difference, a Visa is a Visa. Low and behold it suddenly worked on the first try. She then refunded my debit card saying that she would mention all the above to her manager. I never heard back from anyone nor did the clerk offer an apology. No cleaning staff came to my room to finish cleaning or collect the children's clothes. Very frustrating and time consuming when all I wanted was to rest after a long day of traveling

Liked: Not much to like here unless you're a 3 pack a day smoker who's willing to turn a blind eye to dirty rooms and tolerate surly, unhelpful staff

Disliked: Could smell cigarette smoke, but then it is attached to a casino.

Disliked: Lack of staff for checking in and no place that served breakfast
