Comfortable rooms; and friendly, helpful...

Liked: Location was close to Clarksdale, in a very quiet area. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good experience staying there.
Disliked: The booking process was a bit messy, with one of the rooms being cancelled by the hotel itself some 6 weeks before our arrival (that I found out by coincidence). Despite reassurances by telephone that they reinstated the booking, at check in that appeared not to be the case. Fortunately the room was still available, but that was by sheer luck. There is some room for improvement on that front. There was also some confusion regarding the amounts to be charged against my credit card, but that was solved without any problem by the friendly and helpful Reception staff.

Disliked: Room i booked for 2 was in available and was offered a king bedroom, latch on door was broke and rigged up, TV was on its last leg...strange waves, shadowed spots.
