Liked: Our waitress at the cafe was very nice. General faciity was pretty and parking was conveinent.
Disliked: Check in was difficult, even though early check in option was mentioned in welcome letter, this was not an option. I was told at 3pm to come back in half an hour, went back at 330 and was told to come back at 4. The package I purchased promised free breakfast tickets, I was told to go to the sales office for this, sales office was locked and when I inquired back at desk they said "alot of people have been asking the same thing but since sales is gone there is nothing we can do". Room offer boasted a "view of the river" which was bocked by a building. Bathroom was filthy, I had to clean the tub before we got in. Air in room did not work, we did call and they sent a very nice man to fix it but unfortunately 2 hours later is was uncomfortably hot. We were told there was no other rooms so we just suffered. We really did not sleep. I did relay this to staff when we checked out but they were indifferent. Noone even asked me how the stay was, they just said, put your key in the box. I just would have expected better for $260 a night. :(

Liked: A nice view of the Mississippi in our room. Two different food places inside the hotel and casino. able to enjoy a cigarette at the bar and in my room.
Disliked: The room could’ve been a little updated

Liked: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was great. Had a good time in the casino and loved the room, I got a king room this time. Really liked the shower and the bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner that were on the wall in the shower. All in all a good time .
Disliked: Not much on the TV to watch unless you pay the high price for on demand movies.
