overall we were pleased with...

Liked: the hammocks were nice and it was super close to the beach
Disliked: the front desk lady was awful and rude, the pictures were slightly deceitful. they did not show the rooms having outside doors.

In between

Disliked: the water temp was not quite hot enough in bathroom. the outside door by pool sticks. a girl became stuck in there, started screaming and crying for help. A man yanked it and she ran out crying. This door has an issue w sticking, I've seen it happen previously on my previous stays.

We had a great time...

Liked: Proximity to Beach (45 Steps). Proximity to shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom with no vent fan, stale phosphorus smell in the bathroom. Shower looked like it needed a really good deep clean.

Super clean and very friendly...

Liked: Location was perfect, beautiful water colors. I really liked the quietness and super clean.

Liked: closeness to the beach, most of staff was lovely, comfortable
Disliked: beds smaller than advertised, loud and noisy wedding party all night, drunk and speeding on cart, one staffer was rather rude

Room did not contain the...

Liked: Other than our last day of departure, the staff was great. We went to the office to check out. No one was there. A sign said, " We will be back shortly. We waited for someone to come back. A Caucasian lady with long black hair walked in from the front, but walked back out through the front and left. As soon as more people came and were waiting, the white lady with the long hair returned and asked if she could help.
Disliked: There was no sink in the bathroom. There was only one sink in the room. That sink was located beside the ice bucket and cups. There was no paper towels or utensils. There was no washer/dryer or recommendations on where to go to wash your clothes. The room was on the ground floor. There was no ocean view.

Liked: Perfect spot right on the beach, lots of restaurants and places close by

This is the third time...

Liked: The room was a good size and very clean. It was a quick drive to many places to eat. It was also very quiet!
