The cottage was well appointed...

Liked: The place was cute and the location was awesome.
Disliked: The AC was loud & blew on the bed all night and we could not adjust it away and we did not sleep well.

I feel like I found...

Liked: A charming, quaint "Old Florida" feel; the rooms were sparkling clean everywhere; great bath & kitchen facilities. The grounds are beautiful & the location is perfect....close to everything but away from all the noise around the Main Street areas.The staff were very welcoming & helpful.
Disliked: As a single woman, I didn't like that the blinds did not cover the windows completely, so I rigged up some towels with some clips I (luckily)had, or I would not have felt safe sleeping thinking someone could peer in between sets blinds.The mattress was a bit thin for my taste but others may not mind. Those are my only complaints

These were the cutest little boutique cottages Ive ever stayed at. The units look a little dated on the outside but the

Liked: The grounds were immaculate. The manager was so nice. The units were amazing and it was only a short ride to the beach.

A relaxing tropical paradise!

Liked: Beautiful location on the Indian River. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as cultural centers.

Liked: What an adorable property! The grounds are wellmaintained and right on the water. They have a small waterfront area, perfect for watching the sun rise. The cottage itself was well appointed and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We had such a short stay since I was there for work, but would love to visit again one day!
