Overall, a pleasant and well-maintained...

Liked: The location was excellent for our trip. The building is older and shows its age, but the property owners clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated that the in-room refrigerator was larger than typical and included a separate freezer. Overall, we were happy with our stay and appreciated the value and convenience.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were marginal — the mattress was extremely firm, which may appeal to some guests, but wasn’t comfortable for us. Also, the outdoor ice machine showed signs of mold, which was a concern.

Exceptional

Liked: For the $ this place is better than the Hyatt. Highly recommended.

Liked: The courtyard, the pool and the little restaurant adjacent that had good food.
Disliked: The entry from the parking lot the door was just a little rundown, some chipped paint, not dingy, but just a little bit like well you know it’s seen some wear and tear.

Liked: The pool was perfect. The rooms were clean, price was on point. 1 mile from beach 1 mile from down town. Perfect for 1 night
Disliked: Could use some upgrades but for the price you can’t beat it
