Close to the beach. Nice...

Liked: The location was convenient to the beach and local parks
Disliked: The shower had black mold. A cleaner was sent to clean it but was unable to get it clean so it became a maintenance issue. The fan made a noise the first night but maintenance was able to resolve it. The floor to the room above was very squeaky so we were woken up early each morning and kept awake late - not something you want when traveling with small children. Additionally the room we were assigned was not the room we paid for. We paid for 2 queens and a king but we were assigned a king and 2 twins. The room we were assigned wasn’t something we would have booked - Not a big issue but combined with everything else it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We have been offered a refund of the resort fee as compensation but are still waiting to receive it.

Disliked: I feel pressured to stay and spend time / sales pitch to buy into time share. I’m not interested in that. I just want to rent to the room when I need too
