Liked: Absolutely Nothing!
Disliked: I arrived and checked in at 9:30 pm 04/18/2025 once getting into my room at approximately 9:45 pm I was completely taken back to find blood stained bed sheets a toilet that would not flush as well as a gap so big in the door that it would hardly shut. The room was completely unsafe and unsanitary to say the least I immediately went back down to the office to inform the staff of this issue and to my surprise the office was completely locked up and closed for the night with a note on the door to call I called with no answer so I chose to pack mine and my wife’s belongings and book yet another hotel at 10 pm 04/18/2025 after driving over 2 hours to get to what was supposed to be a pleasant vacation. I decided I would try to call the office in the morning to explain the issues and inform them that I checked out immediately upon checking in. When on the phone 04/19/2025 I was met with the absolute furthest from understanding attitude I could ever imagine even when explaining that there were literal BLOOD STAINED BED SHEETS the woman on the phone refused to apologize or even offer a partial refund and proceeded to hang up the phone I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service and unsanitary staying conditions.

Disliked: That I had to go to the office downstairs every time we needed towels, rags, toilet paper and ice. An inconvenience.

Liked: Animals in bed due to lack of cleaness

Disliked: no bedding extra when asked for it. older receptionist was kind but other man was cranky

Disliked: Warning: if you're looking for a quirky adventure in an extremely run-down hotel, more like a motel, and have strong nerves, this is recommended, otherwise hands off.I rarely write reviews, but this one has to be. I'm often in the States and have seen a lot, but this... Even in front of the"lobby" there is a car with punctured tires, at the reception you wait until the manager comes from somewhere and feels disturbed or his wife from the Indian private kitchen directly at the reception briefly looks out and disappears again to finish cooking and leaves the guest waiting forever. In the evening, an obvious drug dealer was constantly sneaking aroundthe corridors and grounds... The list of shortcomings and annoyances is endless, a few examples:- Booked room not available. Replacement room downgrade & smoking room (in the smoking room, by the way, the smoke detectors are simply dismantled and thrown into adrawer...)-wardrobe torn out of the wall, only hanging on a screw-Microwave defective-No water pressure-air conditioning in the next room defective and incredibly loudstructure-borne noise so that not even earplugs helped-Room change-New room was "cleaned" beforehand, except for the WC, remnants of excrement.-In one room, the dog of a permanent guest was always barking, in another room loud music that could be heard in the whole corridor-In the new room, the keycards suddenly stopped working on the second day, Manager opens, but is not able to reprogram our cards. So we were stuck in the room because we could no longer lockable. Restaurant visit therefore canceled.-etc., etc.You have to ask for everything forever and always encounter the same brazen indifference hidden behind artificial friendliness. After all this, the manager seriously admonishes us in all seriousness because we have a few minutes too late check out, shouts around and discusses without understanding... In this hotel they understood nothing. Booking.

Liked: Advertised on the beach, Beach was 4 blocks away!!! Advertised smoking rooms and didn’t give me the smoking room I reserved 3 weeks in advance and charged me extra 50$ once I arrived when the deposit had already been paid when I booked the room and the owner was very rude about giving me 3 towels for my 4 guest that were put on the reservation just all around bad experience

Worst place ive ever stayed...

Disliked: the property was the health departments wet dream there was a actual pee stain on the bed when we checked in and it looked like the bed was slept in and re made and the pictures were all photo shopped and airbrushed this place looks NOTHING like the photos and was just as expensive as the actual nice hotel next door They didnt even want to refund us after we found stains on the beds and tried to not give us a reciept so they could keep the money this place was gross and bad and lied to us
