This place had potential but...

Liked: The pool was great , the kids loved it. The beds were comfortable, the drinks and snacks for purchase were also convenient.
Disliked: The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. With a lot of the rooms sitting empty you'd think it would allow more time for some cleaning. (No one took a shower because of it). I also had a rude encounter with a staff member. While I did laundry, one of the commercial washers stopped working and said "E nflo out of service" it hadn't even filled with water. I went to the front office where I informed the female worker what it said, she immediately blamed me for "overloading it" I said your sign says 3/4 full, I didn't even fill it to that. She said again, well you overfilled it, you need to redo it and take some out and gave me $3. I said, it didn't even fill with water. She then just gave me a nasty stare so I said "I'm just saying" then I walked out. Low and behold it didn't work, so I sent my bf to go talk to her where he physically showed her, she unplugged and plugged in and reset it and it worked with the original load. If it wasn't for the bathroom and this staff member I would have given it 10. I would add more photos if I could but I'm limited.

it was ok run down...

Liked: didn't eat the breakfast. Did really have much.
Disliked: Have more food different from what you had

Workers were the best thing...

Liked: The price should have been a indicator to me . You get what you pay for !! Front desk employee was Great , bed was nice & comfy .
Disliked: It is a very run down facility

Not good experience, would never...

Disliked: The room was dirty, my toilet seat was broken and there were shoe prints on my bed. The staff said it shouldn’t be a problem for me.

It was a ok place...

Liked: It is convenient to Port Canaveral
Disliked: I put it in the back of the hotel, which was very ghetto. It was loud music playing constantly all night long very very ghetto in the back and

Clean bed before a cruise...

Liked: The hotel people very nice.Place was really convenient to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed 2 times before a cruise. We need a clean bed and shower and friendly people. Plan on staying again.
Disliked: Not really a breakfast. Toast, muffin and coffee. Dry cereal milk and orange juice. Enough to get the day started.
