Liked: Location was good and what I was looking for. Grounds were kept clean and pool and pool area were clean.
Disliked: Towels were stained, room needed a little TLC, and I did not expect long term renters next to me or across the way.

Much better places in Venice

Liked: Convenient, did the job for a one night stay after we had stayed at another better place in Venice
Disliked: It's a cheap motel next to the main road, quite rough, with people sitting outside their rooms drinking. You have a shared back yard through the back door of the room which needs a good clean, piles of cigarettes in an ashtray. The front door takes you to the parking lot. The swimming pool is not like in the photos, it's the same pool, but there must be very creative photography. It has the feeling of a by the hour motel. When I was checking in, the single lady who was checking in before me was told she wasn't allowed any visitors in her room, I really cannot believe they told her that !!

Fair value for a budget...

Liked: Clean pool area, friendly staff. There is a lot of negative reviews on here but what you must take into consideration is the cost - it is not going to be a high level experience for this price point.
