Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room and lodge overall were a little worn down. It could use some updates to the carpet and curtains. The parking garage was extremely small and a bit difficult to navigate. It was the most affordable place we could find at the time and did the job.

Liked: Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The place appeared to be rundown. The room was small with no space to move around when sitting in front of the chest (no table). The only natural light was from the sliding door right alongside the bed and directly facing the street with passersby looked into our room, I’am barely 1.7m and my head almost touching the top of that doorframe, there is no sheer curtain, you either having the full view of the room to the street or close the curtain with no natural light and fresh air. The air conditioning was so loud (so was the heating if it’s turned on), we couldn’t use it while in room, it was so hot and no airflow at all while sleeping. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also very loud when using it. Drinking water dispenser is on a different floor, unsure if the water marks around it can’t be cleaned or it just wasn’t cleaned. We booked a couple of months ahead, the vacant sign was on when we checked in, not sure if this was the only room could be allocated to us. Accommodation is not cheap in Banff, but more than CA$ 1900.00 for 3 nights with such conditions is a little hard to justify.
