Nice location staff is rude...

Liked: I was charged for the entire stay twice which cause to hold funds and it was Easter and had no funds tit ale my Bruce to Disneyland because of the error on their part as bank held funds for two business days and this was done on Friday before Easter. Horrible experience. Ruined my holiday with my family.
Disliked: Staff was rude and made error than caused more damage than good . Bed bugs
