Iris Hotel Llandudno

Great location and value for money.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Right on the promenade so lovely location.
Disliked: Had to wait a while for order for breakfast to be taken and served guests who had arrived after us.

Lovely position ; very pleasant reception area.

Liked: Very nice, clean room; excellent value for money.
Disliked: No cooked breakfast before 8.00.

Liked: Price, Clean, Basic. Continental style breakfast included in the price.
Disliked: The shower cubicle could have done with a refurbishment.

Disliked: Very dirty ... stains on bed linen and bed , hairs of all kinds , damp, foul smelling, fraudulent advertising , fire hazard due to brackets screwing windows to frames . Unhelpful staff ....ruined a weekend for my family xxxx

Liked: the location was perfect
Disliked: bedsheets had not been changed and if they had there was stains all over, painted over crack in the ceiling to cover, bathroom facilities were awful, the shower door wouldn’t close properly and if it did you would get stuck in there, mold growing evrywhere in the room and bathroom, used toilet paper, hole in bathroom door was covered with tape to disguise wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! also the floor i stayed on stank of weed constantly
