Iris Hotel Llandudno

Great location and value for money.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Right on the promenade so lovely location.
Disliked: Had to wait a while for order for breakfast to be taken and served guests who had arrived after us.

Lovely position ; very pleasant reception area.

Liked: Very nice, clean room; excellent value for money.
Disliked: No cooked breakfast before 8.00.

Exceptional

Liked: Location, comfy bed, free parking till 10am outside, friendly and hard working staff,
Disliked: No window in bathroom.

Liked: Breakfast is not complete juice are not good
Disliked: Staff behavior is not good they are not cooperative Rooms are not cleaned there is smell in rooms when we ask the staff they if you don’t want to stay you can leave

Liked: Staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location
Disliked: The lift did not operate for the length of our stay though advertised as a feature of the hotel. This caused us problems as both my wife and friend have mobility issues and found climbing stairs difficult.

Disliked: Rooms a bit tired and jaded, needs refresh.

Very pleasant experience

Liked: Very surprised at how extremely clean, homely and nice sea view room was. Very spacious double rooms. Beds comfy.
Disliked: Bar only excepts cash. now a days its card so that was a little annoying . Breakfasts extremely standard you’ll b disappointed if u dont like eggs not much else on menu

Liked: Situated close to the centre of town
Disliked: No WIFi in bedrooms and no room in the breakfast room as it was completely packed
