Liked: Good value for money. Excellent location with convenient parking. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Liked: After reading some of negative comments form other quests I was bit concerned but my stay in the hotel was very good. Hotel is quite modern although could be maintained a little better but nothing significant to complain about. Although I got a message they cannot guarantee parking slot for everyone there was no issue finding one upon arrival. Personnel was friendly and professional. Very easy connection from the hotel to main touristic attractions. Breakfast was nice with an exception of bread that was not fresh. Overall it was a good experience and I would book the hotel again.

Liked: Very good location next to a huge mall. 3 minutes walking to tram station from where you can pick a tram for any destination in Prague. Good quality breakfast. Highly recommended for families.

Excellent Stay!
Liked: Iris Hotel Eden exceeded our expectations. Secure free parking, good area close to a mall and Tesco supermarket, modern and clean room with good soundproofing. We had good, undisturbed sleeps during our 2 nights there. Breakfast spread was fantastic, even catering for gluten free and vegan. Also special mention to hostess Kristyma who was friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop across the hotel where you can take Tram 22 to town centre. It takes around 20 mins to reach Old Town Square. When we checked out, we were given water bottles for our journey back, a souvenir and discount voucher for our next stay. We are definitely staying in Iris Hotel Eden again whenever we visit Prague.
Disliked: The check-in staff did not give us welcome drink vouchers. Only found out later from friends who were also staying there. We got the vouchers when we asked the reception.
