Lovely hotel room to spend...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly, room cleaned daily and complimentary mini fridge was replenished daily which was a nice touch.
Disliked: The included breakfast lacked choice especially for vegetarians, also considering they had a separate breakfast menu that included stuff such as avocado toast i think that should have been included in the breakfast buffet. The rooftop pool was nice but there were only 6 sun beds for the whole hotel!

Fantastic everything!

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by this apparently unassuming hotel. From the staff to the amenities, and cleanliness, it is top tier! That is without mentioning the free refresh of the minibar, and the complimentary welcome drink voucher. And access to the pool!I will book this hotel again for my next trip.

City break in Florence

Liked: Very clean rooms, with a delicious breakfast. The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.
Disliked: As a suggestion, it would be better to have a bigger wardrobe, with shelves and also a mosquito net at the windows.

Liked: It was a nice looking hotel and was clean. There was laundry room (for a fee), ice machine, gym on site (for a fee). It was close to the tram and to sightseeing areas.
Disliked: The pool hours were limited. Only 11a-7p and the pool was a little small and definitely a pool to relax in and not swim in. The deck area near the pool only had about 4 loungers and they filled up quick.
