Liked: Very nice staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Did not small like smoke.
Disliked: Stayed for three nights. Was told at check in that no housekeeping was available during our stay. still charged resort fees.

Liked: Very large room for a standard king. Nicely decorated, super comfy bed!
Disliked: Elevators are slow. Need more grab and go food.

Liked: Lots to do there.
Disliked: No carts available at check in

Liked: The location from the highway.
Disliked: Parking.

Liked: Extremely disrespectful staff. Horrible customer service. Manager not willing to listen to customer and make them feel better about a poor experience. Pool servers were great. Everyone else was uninterested in their job or their paying customers.
Disliked: Hotel was run down. Doesnt even compare to beau rivage or golden nugget or hard rock right down the street. Not worth the money at all.

Liked: Cleanliness Bay View Cafe team was amazing and had so much team work!
Disliked: Air in room would not turn cold. Everywhere smelled like marijuana even on non smoking levels.
