Wonderful River cottage

Liked: It’s wonderful how they have kept the cottages and renovated with all the modern day amenities. We stayed at the cottage down by the river. With the windows closed you could not hear the river (so you can sleep). It felt like going back in time and being in nature. The large house is very charming, fishing tackle and rods everywhere as decor. The bar and dining rooms are so cosy and comfortable. It’s a beautiful property. The dinner was very good, as was breakfast in the sun room.
Disliked: When booking, it’s best there is a better description of what one is booking. Ie cottage has step access, it’s xx meters from the main building, etc just a little more detail.
