InTown Suites Extended Stay Tuscaloosa AL

This was a very nice hotel & the staff were super nice. It is VERY close to the malls & the Amphitheater. Our room was a suite w/ a mini kitchen in it. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Very good hotel.

Poor

Liked: Friendly staff, bedding was clean and room was bug free.
Disliked: Rooms are well worn. Bedding was clean and room was bug free, but carpet was well stained, room had a terrible smell, half the outlets in the room didnt work.

Liked: I would never recommend it for anyone because it was ghetto and the staff was unprofessional and it was as if I was never there because I was supposed to be earning points but there is no such record of me even staying there

Liked: The staff, the rooms are very clean
Disliked: The elevator being broken. The only thing to complain about really.

Disappointing

Disliked: Was not given a shower curtain throughout a weeklong stay. Was told the delivery truck was coming, or that I should buy my own, and it never came. No elevator even though hotel seems like it was built post-ADA.
