Disliked: It was awful, people hanging out in the parking lot, the elevator was old as Me there were police there looking for someone. At first it was was one police then I look up there's 3, my key wouldn't work kept having to change it out. The place wasn't clean it was older people living there. I met a lady that said she lived there, she was taking her trash to the dumpster. The price was cheap I forgot you get what you pay for. I didn't stay there I ended up leaving, I didn't feel safe at all. I forgot to take pictures once we got the key working and saw what it really looked like we left asap!!!!

Disliked: Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm, there was no one else in the office and we called to see if it would be possible to check in, We called but they said they would not charge know show and that the 30 day reservation had declined and that we would have to make another reservation the next day but due to our business hours it was not possible.

Disliked: The fact that I booked my room more than 7 days in advance and received a confirmation number, but when we showed up to check in,there was no room. The only employee on site called his manager to inquire as to why there wasn't an available room and was informed that she canceled it and refunded our money. The #1 problem with this scenario was that I received NO notification of the cancelation! So, arrive in town after a 4 hour flight and a 1 hour drive, with MY KIDS, only to be informed the MANAGER canceled my booking with NO NOTICE.
